It was that time of the year when hurricanes were on every one's mind. Residents of this community were concerned and eager to learn what they could do to protect themselves, and their property.
A seminar was held at the Town Center. A local new station sent in their meteorologist to give a real good "heads up" on what to watch for during a hurricane alert. That's Amanda Mc Donald from WINK TV
In addition the E. Naples Fire Department also made a very informative presentation regarding neighbors being the first line of defense in the event of an emergency. This presentation laid the ceeds for resident's volunteering to become members of their own C.E.R.T. team
